What can I expect on my initial visit?The initial visit takes about an hour and consists of the consult, exam and treatment. Your health history and concerns will be discussed as well as your goals for treatment. We collect your competed paperwork, scan your insurance card and explain your coverage/benefits for chiropractic care. The doctor will advise you on at home therapy and exercise if needed.

Do you accept insurance?Yes, we do accept insurance. We ask for insurance information when you schedule your first appointment and will inform you of your chiropractic benefits when you arrive.

What types of insurance do you accept?We accept: BCBS PPO Medicare (there is an additional fee for service not covered by Medicare) United Health Care: including Golden Rule & UMR

Do you take MVA, PI and WC cases?"We will take motor vehicle accident, personal injury and Workers Compensation cases if you have the necessary information for processing, ie: date of accident/injury, claim #, contact information for adjuster or claim handler.

Do you do massage and/or acupuncture?Dr. Jeff does various manual therapies as part of his treatment and is certified in BioMedical Acupuncture. Iryna Pantelyuk, LMT, has an office at our location and offers Massage, Reformative Pilates and Life Coaching. She can be reached at 847-962-5912.
